Santa’s Grotto is a ticketed experience and is NOT included with general admission or annual pass entry. To receive admission to our Santa's Grotto you MUST have an accompanying general admission or annual pass ticket.
With limited slots available and high demand, we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Approximately 20-25 minute experience
• £12 per ticket for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult
